Morewood has been appointed Initiative of the Year by the leading insurance company for suppliers and construction in Scandinavia- GarBo. 

The Initiative of the Year is named by GarBo's technical council to initiatives that will be of great importance for increased quality in the construction industry.

"Carl Löwegren and Stefan Rydbergh at Morewood AB have been named Initiative of the Year 2022. In a time when reuse is becoming increasingly important, Morewood has developed unique building components that are made from waste wood of cross-glued timber, where basically all wood is made useful. Through collaborations with Setra and Södra and Byggmax, both availability of materials and that the product can be introduced to the market are ensured.
